Previously, he held senior roles at Kvaerner and SBM, establishing a strong record in business transformation and strategic growth across the global energy industry.

T. Sutharshanom has over 25 years of financial and business management experience across Singapore, Australia, India, Norway, and the UK. He specializes in strategic financial planning, governance, and performance management, providing leadership that drives operational efficiency and business growth. His deep understanding of multinational financial systems supports HBA’s global operations and sustainable development goals.
KC Gupta
Vice President – Floating Production Solutions
K. C. Gupta brings over 40 years of experience across project management, engineering, construction, and process equipment sales in the oil and gas industry. His expertise spans both upstream and downstream sectors, with a focus on fixed platforms and floating facilities (FPSO/FSO). He has played key roles in developing complex offshore systems and advancing operational excellence across multiple regions.
Amit Nautiyal
Vice President – Marine & Subsea Services
Amit Nautiyal has over 25 years of experience in marine and offshore operations, specializing in contract management and commercial strategy. He has led sales and marketing of marine assets across Southeast Asia, West Africa, Latin America, the Caspian, and the GCC. Amit’s blend of operational and business acumen ensures efficient execution and sustainable growth within complex marine environments.
Anil Bhatia
Vice President – Renewable & Hybrid Energy
Anil Madh Bhatia has over 35 years of experience spanning India, Europe, and South Asia, primarily with ABB Group. His expertise covers product development, project management, business unit leadership, and strategic sales across the energy sector. Anil plays a key role in driving HBA’s renewable and hybrid energy initiatives, advancing clean energy innovation and sustainable technology adoption across Asia.
William Wong
Head of Corporate Finance & Investment
William Wong brings over 15 years of experience across energy, finance, and private equity. Previously with PETRONAS and Kroll in Amsterdam, he specialized in M&A and valuation before serving as VP of Investment at TAEL Partners. At HBA, he drives financial strategy and investment growth in renewables and infrastructure. William holds a First-Class Honours degree from Imperial College London and an MBA (cum laude) from VU Amsterdam.

Vice President – Supply Chain Management
T. P. Rajan has over 30 years of experience in the global energy and oil & gas sectors, specializing in contracts and supply chain management for offshore and onshore facilities. His career includes leading procurement strategies and developing supplier networks that enhance project delivery and cost efficiency. Rajan’s expertise ensures robust, compliant, and agile supply chain operations for HBA’s global projects.

Capt. Rohit Chadha has over 35 years of experience in the marine and offshore oil & gas industry. With a proven track record in HSEQ management, he has developed and implemented safety management systems across multiple operational sites. His leadership ensures adherence to international safety standards, promoting a strong culture of safety, environmental protection, and continuous improvement.

Ramana Rani Ganesan (Anna) is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience across oil & gas, marine services, legal, and financial sectors. She has a strong track record in strategic workforce planning, talent development, and organizational transformation. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Murdoch University, Australia, and is recognized for her ability to align people strategies with business performance.
