Offshore Installation Manager (OIM)
Location:
- Offshore & Onshore – Nigeria
- Onshore coordination currently based in Dubai
Type:
- Rotation-based work schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with Safety Assurance Management Systems (SAMS), Case for Safety, and overall Health, Safety & Welfare onboard
- Oversee safe and efficient offshore operations, including technical integrity and adherence to environmental and legislative requirements
- Identify and manage operational risks, ensuring effective implementation of procedures
- Lead and manage onboard human resources to maintain efficient and flexible workforce
- Manage facility budgets, prepare accounts/reports, control costs, and oversee purchasing system
- Coordinate and manage all Emergency Response activities
Requirements
- Relevant technical, management, safety and related certifications
- Valid Emergency Management Competency certificate (OPITO UK or equivalent)
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry, including 5 years supervising multi-ethnic and multi-skilled teams
- Strong leadership, initiative, and responsibility
- Strong understanding of industry codes, regulations, and best practices
- Proven track record as OIM with excellent communication and reporting skills
- Experience working overseas is an advantage

Marine Superintendent
Location:

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee marine operations ensuring compliance with marine safety and regulatory standards
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and operational requirements
- Provide technical guidance and operational support to offshore teams
Requirements
- COC Class 1 or 2 (Deck) preferred
- Minimum 8 years of marine operations experience, including at least 3 years in superintendent role
