Type:

  • Rotation-based work schedule

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with Safety Assurance Management Systems (SAMS), Case for Safety, and overall Health, Safety & Welfare onboard
  • Oversee safe and efficient offshore operations, including technical integrity and adherence to environmental and legislative requirements
  • Identify and manage operational risks, ensuring effective implementation of procedures
  • Lead and manage onboard human resources to maintain efficient and flexible workforce
  • Manage facility budgets, prepare accounts/reports, control costs, and oversee purchasing system
  • Coordinate and manage all Emergency Response activities

Requirements

  • Relevant technical, management, safety and related certifications
  • Valid Emergency Management Competency certificate (OPITO UK or equivalent)
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry, including 5 years supervising multi-ethnic and multi-skilled teams
  • Strong leadership, initiative, and responsibility
  • Strong understanding of industry codes, regulations, and best practices
  • Proven track record as OIM with excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Experience working overseas is an advantage

  • Ensure adherence to company procedures and operational requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and operational support to offshore teams

Requirements

  • COC Class 1 or 2 (Deck) preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of marine operations experience, including at least 3 years in superintendent role
