His expertise lies in both fixed platforms and floating facilities (FPSO/ FSO) besides early work in refineries and Petrochemicals
Alvin Strang
Vice President – Asset Management and Operations
Having over 46 years of experience within the Oil & Petrochemical Industry. Formerly from BP, Baker Energy, Modec and Bumi Armada, he now heads our Asset Management Operations Department as Vice President. Along with building a dynamic Operations team, managing clients and their contracts is high on Alvin’s abilities.

Amit Nautiyal has over 25 years’ experience in Marine & Offshore Operations. He is an experienced and commercially savvy person and manages contracts, as well as Sales & Marketing of Marine Assets within Southeast Asia, West Africa, Latin America, Caspian & GCC Region.

Ramana Rani Ganesan (Anna), is a highly accomplished Human Resources Management professional with over 24 years of experience. Anna has gained extensive expertise across various business sectors from oil & gas, thru to marine services, and legal and financial services sector. Anna has an established and proven track record of successfully managing complex assignments and achieving predefined goals through effective, planning, resource allocation and execution. Anna holds a Masters degree in Human Resources Management from Murdoch University, Australia.

Melanie Gunasekaran has about 16 years of Human Resource experience in various industries including shipping, the airline and retail. Melanie holds an MBA in Strategic Human Resource Management from University of Southern Queensland, Australia.
