He has previously held various senior roles at Kvaerner and SBM. Mr Basma led Bumi Armada to one of the year’s most successful IPOs.

T Sutharshanom has more than 25 years’ experience providing business and financial services to companies in Singapore, Australia, India, Norway and the UK.

KC Gupta

Vice President – Floating Production Solutions

K C Gupta has over 40 years of experience in areas of Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Sales of process equipment both in upstream and downstream sectors of oil and gas industry. His expertise lies in both fixed platforms and floating facilities (FPSO/ FSO) besides early work in refineries and Petrochemicals

Alvin Strang

Vice President – Asset Management and Operations

Having over 46 years of experience within the Oil & Petrochemical Industry. Formerly from BP, Baker Energy, Modec and Bumi Armada, he now heads our Asset Management Operations Department as Vice President. Along with building a dynamic Operations team, managing clients and their contracts is high on Alvin’s abilities.

Amit Nautiyal

Vice President – Marine & Subsea Services

Amit Nautiyal has over 25 years’ experience in Marine & Offshore Operations. He is an experienced and commercially savvy person and manages contracts, as well as Sales & Marketing of Marine Assets within Southeast Asia, West Africa, Latin America, Caspian & GCC Region.

Anil Bhatia

Vice President – Renewable & Hybrid Energy

Anil Madh Bhatia has over 34 years working in India, Europe and South Asia in different roles providing valuable growth to the ABB Group. His vast experience covers Product development, Project Management, leading business units and managing Sales and Business Development across Asia.

Thibault de Rocca Serra

Head – Business Development & Marketing

Thibault de Rocca Serra has over 16 years of global industry and strategy in the Offshore Energy Marine Sector, with a proven track record in General Management, contract negotiations and execution. Prior to joining HBA in 2016, Thibault was heading a private investment group specialized in Offshore Energy Infrastructure.

Harsh Muraka

Head of Corporate Finance & Development

Harsh Murarka has more than 11 years experience in corporate finance and development focused on the energy and infrastructure sectors, including 8+ years investment banking at Lazard and Pareto Securities, followed by 2+ years as Group CFO and Head of Corporate Finance at the holding office of a private conglomerate.

Vice President - Supply Chain Management

TP Rajan has over 28 years of global industry experience in energy and oil & gas with particular expertise in contracts management in offshore and onshore facilities development.

Capt. Rohit Chadha

Head of HSEQ

Capt Rohit Chadha has over 35 years of experience in Marine and Offshore Oil & Gas sector. Proven track record as HSEQ Manager. Experience in Developing, Implementing and Training of Safety Management System across various functional groups and multi-locational sites.

(Anna)

Ramana Rani Ganesan (Anna), is a highly accomplished Human Resources Management professional with over 24 years of experience. Anna has gained extensive expertise across various business sectors from oil & gas, thru to marine services, and legal and financial services sector. Anna has an established and proven track record of successfully managing complex assignments and achieving predefined goals through effective, planning, resource allocation and execution. Anna holds a Masters degree in Human Resources Management from Murdoch University, Australia.
