Our history

HBA Future Energy was founded in January 2015 by a group of highly experienced and well recognized industry leaders, led by Industry Veteran Hassan Basma. The team has a long and successful service record in offshore and floating production sectors worldwide. Over time, the company has leveraged its experience in offshore and energy to transition into green and hybrid energy where it is currently pioneering a number of solutions.

ENI: Long Term subsea IMR Contract ( 1 x DSV with ROV capabilities, ~ 600 charter days)
