HBA provides full project execution solutions for nearshore & offshore windfarms and increasingly to the floating wind farm sector.

Supported by global industrial partnerships, HBA provides a complete and complementary suite of services, from design and feasibility studies, through to permitting and power purchasing agreements, project execution and commissioning, and asset management and operations.

HBA Expertise Includes:

1. Development and Project Initiation

We identify optimal sites, conduct preliminary assessments, secure land/seabed rights, and establish the foundational framework for renewable energy projects, including stakeholder engagement and initial regulatory consultations.

2. Feasibility Studies and Basic Engineering

Our team conducts comprehensive technical, environmental, and commercial assessments including wind/solar resource analysis, grid connection studies, environmental impact assessments, and preliminary design work to confirm project viability and expected returns.

3. Owner's Engineer Services

As an Owner's Engineer, we act as your technical representative, reviewing contractor designs, monitoring construction quality, ensuring compliance with specifications, and managing technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.

4. PMC (Project Management Consultancy)

Our PMC services provide end-to-end project oversight including schedule management, cost control, contractor coordination, quality assurance, and risk management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

5. EPICOM Services

We offer full Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Construction, Operation & Maintenance services - a single-point responsibility for delivering complete renewable energy projects from concept to commercial operation and beyond.

HBA has a complete suite of software

HBA strives to develop logistics models for offshore wind farms and identify tailored installation technologies and manufacturing requirements.

HBA deploys marine assets from internal fleet holdings or charters specialized vessels on project-specific basis to match site conditions and technical specifications. In addition to currently developed offshore windfarms projects, HBA is ideally positioned to offer best in class solutions for the upcoming floating windfarm market growth, where our marine capabilities are perfectly suited.
